Come and join Rosemary for her monthly Friday evening workshop and indulge in the quiet and gentle practice of Yin Yoga & Somatics on our lovely heated floor, all the props you will need are provided.
This session will be a blend of healing somatic movement and Yin Yoga both supporting the release and unwinding of the myofascia within the body to create complete relaxation and surrender as we access the deeper layers of the body, mind.
This practice blended work on releases constrictions in the connective tissue, ligaments, and tendons that support our skeletal system. It also stimulates & opens the energy meridians of the subtle body, often described as a “needleless acupuncture session” for the body!
These nurturing workshop will take you through a specific series of poses. Aimed at improving joint mobility, cultivating flexibility and help you heal yourself by releasing deep-seated tension, breaking up blockages and thus encouraging easier flow of energy around the body, moving you out of negative emotions.
You’ll discover balance and find deep peace in your body & mind. After the physical part of the practice you will release yourself totally with a deep restorative Shavasana.
Theses sessions will help you connect and relax deeply, releasing old holding pattens leaving you feeling calm, with much clarity and a great nights sleep.
