Each Yin & Yang retreat day is unique combining fitness, and wellbeing with traditional Hatha Yoga and the Chinese meridian system working with different Yin/Yang organ pairs, please read the schedule carefully before booking, on level 2 retreat days the Yang activities are more energetic practices.
The morning sessions are a combination of level 2 Yang style activities and then in the afternoon the pace gradually slows down finishing with a mediative Yin Yoga practice.
Here’s the schedule for Sunday 11th October:
9.45am – 10am – Registration & Energy shot.
10 am – 10.15am – Warm up – outdoor jog (weather permitting) or if you prefer to stay indoors cardio machines in the fitness studio.
10.15am – 11am – Hi Energy Cardio & Body Conditioning using weights.
11 am-11.45am – Dynamic yoga practice.
11.45 am-1.15 pm – Light lunch followed by a leisurely country walk herbal tea, fruit & cake.
1.15pm- 1.45pm – Myofascial Release
1.45pm – 3.15pm – Yin Yoga focusing on Spleen & Stomach and Kidney & Bladder
The schedule may be subject to slight change, after booking, you will receive an email on what you will be required to bring with you for the day.
