Each Yin & Yang retreat day is unique combining fitness, and wellbeing with traditional Hatha Yoga and the Chinese meridian system working with different Yin/Yang organ pairs, please read the schedule carefully before booking.
The morning sessions are a combination of Level 1 Yang style activities and then after a light lunch the pace gradually slows down in the afternoon finishing with a mediative Yin Yoga practice.
Here’s the schedule for Saturday 24th October Level 1 Retreat Day:
9.45am – 10am – Registration & energy shot.
10am – 10.30am – Gentle Flow Yoga
10.30 am – 11.30 am – All Over Body Conditioning With Weights
11 am-11.45 am – Slow Flow Yoga
11.45 am-1.15 pm -Light lunch followed by a leisurely country walk herbal tea, fruit & cake
1.15 pm- 1.45 pm – Myofascial release
1.45 pm – 3.30 pm – Yin Yoga focus on Heart & Small Intestine and Lungs & Large Intestine
