Tofte is a 17th century manor house located in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire. The grounds consist of 50 acres of land with beautifully landscaped gardens to wander around, with many secret places, ancient trees, hidden swings, statues and a crystal ball water feature. To protect the energy of the gardens, huge carefully placed crystals are dotted around to support the intention that lies behind them.
Even the drinking water at Tofte has been energetically charged!
There are two labyrinths to explore, the Star labyrinth and the Earth labyrinth, incorporated into the labyrinth designs are all of the elements. Earth, Air, Fire and Water.
The day will include morning and afternoon yoga practices, a 3 course vegetarian lunch, meditation and cacao ceremony.
The yoga practices will take place in the ‘House Of Feathers’ a luxury yurt held by the land.
The 3 course lunch will be served at the ‘Sekhet Cottage’ which is situated in the stable courtyard where there are indoor and outdoor dining spaces.
Between sessions there will be free time to walk the labyrinths, stroll through the gardens, or find a quiet space to relax and curl up with a book. If you did feel like being a bit more active there are tennis courts or you could take a hike or trot through the woods.
