Spring into Strength and Spirit is a 2-hour masterclass of strong but smooth flowing vinyasa yoga. This class is for all levels of yoga student with good body awareness and experience in vinyasa flow, (not for complete beginners).
At this session of innovative flowing Vinyasa, you will be guided as well as empowered by the rhythm of your breath so that you are supported by an inner strength both on your yoga mat and in your life.
This session will target the large muscle groups of the body and work with moving, breathing as well as sweating in order to find the perfect balance for your body between both flexibility and strength. In turn this can reduce your risk of injury and condition your body to perform better at various other recreational activities. All of us lose muscle mass as we age, this can eventually result in weakness and loss of balance, coordination and even an imbalance in our metabolism.
You can expect some empowering and energetic vinyasa flows that will include, some strong standing poses, arm balances and seated poses with guided, detailed alignment technique that will serve your individual body.
On a deeper level, this masterclass will remind us of our own personal infinite potential. The power of perseverance offers us, an inner confidence, a willingness to step out of our comfort zone, the ability to trust and to believe in your ourselves, the capability of dealing with life’s challenges, the commitment of achieving personal goals, inspiring others and discovering that we can open our minds to so much more.
You can expect a fusion of meditation, intention, mudra and intelligently sequenced, innovative, strong, and spirited flowing yoga, progressing to some deep floor work, (all accompanied by an essential unique playlist). We will end with a long, profound relaxation, leaving you feeling completely empowered – mind, body and soul.
