Uplifting morning flow a ‘vinyasa’ style practice with the emphasis on harmonising the movements of the body and breath in a creative flow, each session will be themed around the seasons, current life situations along with introducing the practitioner to some of the deeper practices of Yoga, such as pranayama, mudra, mantra and scripture. Skillfully sequenced to enhance your practice and set you up for a weekend of wonder this workshop is suitable for for students who have been practising vinyasa for a minimum of 6 months.
