Contemporary Dance Fundamentals & Yoga Workshop
Want to add more fluidity, creativity, and flow to your practice? This workshop will incorporate contemporary dance fundamentals and yoga practice to allow you to explore your body. Opening up the space to take time off of the mat to find your own fluidity, flow, and voice in your movement.
There is no need to have a background in dance to attend this workshop. Olivia will lead you through each section including meditation flow, feet exercises, floor work, release based technique, free flow movement, and yoga asana.
Dance and movement can be an excellent way to release held and stagnant energy in the body and create space for new life force and prana to flow. The fundamentals build confidence, strength, and trust in your body, which, positively impacts your yoga practice.
