If you’re new to yoga, or maybe haven’t practiced for a while and need a refresher, our ‘Introduction to Yoga’ taster class is the perfect session for you.
Kate will guide you through some basic asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) along with the principles of relaxation and meditation.
Mats and props are provided.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and bring along a bottle of water.
