At this session of flawless flowing Vinyasa, you will be guided as well as enlightened on how to be empowered by the flow and rhythm of your breath. Subsequently, each posture as well as each movement will become an expression of effortless grace and elegance, so that you feel the joy of pure presence in your body. This class is for all levels of yoga student with good body awareness and experience in vinyasa flow, (not for complete beginners).
When we connect to our natural biorhythms, we tap into the very essence of our being which is pure love, a state of calm and peacefulness. The word Rhythm is synonymous with Flow, it is the bringing together of all matter, when rhythm and flow are brought together intelligently, this creates harmony. We each have our own individual pulse/rhythm that is unique to us, when we can express ourselves through breath linked perfectly with movement then we can intrinsically connect to this innate personal rhythm, which allows us to cultivate a higher state of consciousness.
You can expect a fusion of meditation, intention, mudra and intelligently sequenced, innovative flowing yoga, progressing to some deep floor work, (all accompanied by an essential unique playlist). We will end with a long, profound relaxation, leaving you feeling both calm and liberated – mind, body and soul.

Brigitte has been an established yoga teacher for 18 years. She is a Registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, which is the highest accolade in professional yoga teaching. She is always evolving her teachings and is particularly recognised for her in-depth anatomy and biomechanical knowledge. Her expertise lies in correcting mis-alignments within the outer physical body, as well as yoga practices that promote therapeutic healing for the inner subtle body. She is also known for her love of fluid creative vinyasa flow, her unique playlists, her inspiring writings, her philosophy on life and her ‘keeping it real’ wisdom. Brigitte’s authenticity, natural warmth, playfulness and heartfelt approach radiate through in to her teachings.
