Following on from last month’s hip-opening workshop, this month we will focus on releasing the hamstrings.
So many of our yoga postures require an openness in the hamstrings, and yet so much of our habitual patterns, and even our fitness activities can tighten this large muscle group.
Within Ashtanga’s Primary Series having tightness here can be a real sticking point for us.
This workshop will focus on releasing tension in those muscles and working on finding length and release of the hamstrings so we can feel freer in our daily practices.
Limited to a socially distanced 8 people in person at the studio or join on zoom!
