🧘‍♀️Monday 28th March - Fitness & Yoga Fusion 10am - A great mix to get your body moving with a fusion of lower body Fitness & Yoga sequences, Ab’s & Core work finishing with a gentle yoga stretch, this class is also available on zoom.

🧘‍♀️Monday 28th March - Feel Good Spring Vinyasa Flow 6.30pm - An uplifting energetic practice, linking movement with breath. Consisting of standing and lying sequences intelligently weaved together. This class is suitable for students with at least 6 month’s Vinyasa practice.

🤸‍♀️Tuesday 29th March - Small Group Fitness 9am & 6pm - A mix of cardio machines, cables and free weights, some sessions may also include Spinning, Step Aerobics & Body Conditioning & Outdoor Circuits.

🧘‍♀️Wednesday 30th March 6.30pm & Thursday 31st March 9am - Yin & Yang Yoga - Blending active Yang postures using muscular engagement with passive Yin postures working into deep connective tissues, ligament, tendons & fascia.

🤸‍♀️Friday 1st April - Body Conditioning 8am - An all over body workout using weights, this class is also available on zoom.

🤸‍♀️Friday 1st April - Small Group Fitness Training 9am - A mix of cardio machines, cables and free weights, some sessions may also include Spinning, Step Aerobics & Body Conditioning & Outdoor Circuits.

🧘‍♀️Sunday 3rd April - Warm Yoga Stretch 9.30am (New time) - Easy-to-follow sequences to help build strength, improve balance and mobility, and increase flexibility. The room is heated using the therapeutic heat from far-infrared heating panels which encourages tense and stressed muscles to relax.

Spring is a time for renewal and growth. What has been lying dormant in the winter is now ready to come to light. This happens in nature and also within ourselves. The energy of the season pulls us to not only spring clean our homes but also our lives by becoming better organised and creating new habits.
If you've been out of your routine with your yoga practice, it's the perfect time of year to create new habits.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine according to the Five Elements Theory spring corresponds with the wood element; having been nourished by the water element of winter, wood can now emerge and grow. In next week's yoga classes the focus will be on nourishing wood energy by practicing postures that stimulate the liver and gallbladder meridians, which are the organs associated with this element. These meridians are located on the inner and outer lines of the body.
