I started Taekwondo at a young age and competed at international level for many years. My best achievement was British champion and bronze medallist in the European Championships. This lead me to become a personal trainer and Pilates teacher, to learn how to fix my body. I then discovered yoga and have been in love ever since with every aspect. In 2013 I completed my 200hrs with Anne-marie Newland in London. I continue to practice and learn from other teachers, and love sharing my knowledge through teaching.
I am also a level 4 lower back pain specialist and have completed many nutrition courses, orthopedic pilates and postural alignment. My next plan is to complete my Yin yoga teacher training.
