Yuletide Evening Yin

Tuesday 16th December 6.30pm – 7.45pm – £15
A calming seasonal practice to support your body and energy during the busiest time of year. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is linked to the Kidney and Bladder meridian channels — the pathways that govern deep vitality, rest, and our ability to replenish.
This gently paced Yin session will focus on long-held, floor-based poses that target these meridians, helping to nourish your reserves, release tension in the body, and create a sense of inner steadiness.
This class is a perfect winter recharge, a moment of quiet, and a little Yuletide warmth.
Nerve Flossing, Yin, Yoga Nidra & A Little Christmas Cheer

Monday 22nd December 2pm – 4pm – £30
This deeply restorative seasonal practice designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. Held just after the Winter Solstice, this class invites you to harness the gentle, reflective energy of winter — a time for turning inward, resting deeply, and nurturing yourself.
We’ll begin with some flossing before calming Yin poses, allowing the body to release tension and settle into stillness. You’ll then be guided into a nourishing Yoga Nidra practice, offering profound rest for the mind and nervous system — the perfect antidote to the festive rush. Followed by a festive drink & a mince pie.
A peaceful pause, community connection, and gentle Christmas warmth.
